ZAGNALS™ · A Flawedworks App
Privacy Policy
Effective: March 2026
ZAGNALS collects no data of any kind. The app has no network access, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. Nothing you do in ZAGNALS is ever transmitted, stored remotely, or shared with anyone — including the developer.
What data ZAGNALS collects
None. ZAGNALS does not collect, transmit, store remotely, or share any personal information or usage data.
How ZAGNALS stores your settings
ZAGNALS saves your preferences (display duration, text color, timer settings, etc.) locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults system. This data:
- Exists only on your device
- Is never transmitted over a network
- Is never accessible to the developer or any third party
- Can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app
Network access
ZAGNALS has no network access of any kind. It does not connect to the internet, does not make API calls, and does not communicate with any server — at any time, for any reason.
Third-party SDKs and analytics
ZAGNALS contains zero third-party SDKs, frameworks, or libraries. There are no analytics tools, no crash reporters, no advertising networks, and no tracking of any kind.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
Because ZAGNALS collects no data from anyone, it is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and is safe for users of all ages.
Advertising
ZAGNALS contains no advertising and never will.
Changes to this policy
If this privacy policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Because the app collects no data, any changes would only ever be clarifications — not expansions of data collection.
